Technician - Painter

About the role

Marriott International is seeking a dedicated Technician‑Painter to join its facilities team in Madinah. You will be responsible for applying high‑quality finishes to walls, ceilings, furniture and other surfaces across the property, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Apply paint, stain, primers and sealers using brushes, rollers or spray guns.
• Prepare surfaces by stripping, sanding, wire‑brushing, burning or abrasive blasting.
• Cover and protect areas during painting and post appropriate signage.
• Clean, store and maintain painting tools and equipment.
• Coordinate with vendors to adjust colors or finishes as needed.
• Follow all safety, security and company policies, reporting hazards or incidents promptly.

Required profile

• Technical, trade or vocational school degree.
• At least 1 year of related painting or finishing experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to work at heights, lift up to 50 lb, and perform physical tasks such as bending, twisting and stooping.
