Technology Consulting Specialist

About the role

Eram Talent is recruiting a Technology Consulting Specialist for its team in Saudi Arabia, based on site in Jeddah. The specialist supports IT customers' training needs by designing training materials on IT solutions and acting as a bridge between information technology and business customers, managing and ensuring the successful completion of business analysis tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze client business processes and existing technology infrastructure to identify improvement opportunities.
• Design, create, develop, customize and maintain training materials and resources, including setting up training environments, creating simulated data and replicating external systems, interfaces and assessment systems.
• Maintain and promote the catalogue of IT learning and development activities and arrange facilities and schedules with learning and development providers.
• Develop technology strategies and roadmaps aligned with clients' business goals.
• Advise on digital transformation initiatives such as AI, cloud computing, IoT and big data analytics.
• Help clients evaluate and select technology solutions from vendors and collaborate with cross-functional teams on technology projects.
• Deliver training and support so clients adopt new technologies successfully, and stay current on emerging trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems or another quantitative discipline.
• At least 6 years of experience in graphic design, technology or business analysis, including proven facilitation skills.
• Experience delivering training sessions and developing training materials.
• Familiarity with PMI or ITIL methods and process mapping tools.
• Proven project management experience leading technology implementation projects.
• Ability to design and maintain training materials and simulated training environments.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of cloud services, AI/ML, IoT and enterprise software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with clients at all levels.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
• English and Arabic proficiency is highly desirable.
