Telephone Operator – Swiss Service Agent (Saudi Nationals)

About the role

The Telephone Operator – Swiss Service Agent will be the first point of contact for guests at Swissôtel Al Maqam in Makkah, handling incoming calls, wake‑up requests and emergency assistance to ensure a seamless and courteous experience. The role operates in a non‑supervised environment, requiring independent decision‑making to protect guest satisfaction. You will work closely with the Assistant Swiss Service Manager and other hotel departments.

Key responsibilities

• Provide immediate actions for all guest concerns and dispatch them to the appropriate department.
• Ensure follow‑up of each action is completed within the quoted time.
• Collaborate with related departments to meet guest needs efficiently.
• Promote hotel services and amenities to enhance the guest experience.
• Handle 24/7 wake‑up call requests and emergency calls, including contacting the hotel doctor when required.

Required profile

• Saudi national; open to fresh graduates or candidates with up to 6 months of relevant experience.
• Basic English proficiency.
• Strong passion for the hospitality field and excellent interpersonal communication.
• Team player who can work flexible rosters and remain calm and courteous under pressure.
