About the role

The Telesales Assistant will support DP World’s commercial and freight forwarding teams by reaching out to potential customers, identifying sales opportunities, and promoting shipping and logistics services.

Key responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote DP World’s shipping and freight forwarding services.
Understand customer needs and present relevant service offerings.
Generate and qualify leads to build a sales pipeline.
Follow up on inbound inquiries and existing leads.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
Schedule meetings for the sales team as needed.
Gather market intelligence and share customer feedback with relevant teams.
Assist in preparing sales reports and campaign summaries.
