Tender & Qualification Specialist

About the role

The Tender & Qualification Specialist will join eham Group’s Business Development team to drive vendor registration, pre‑qualification and tender processes across Facility Services, Corporate and Industrial markets. The role focuses on expanding eham’s market presence, securing approvals with strategic clients and supporting end‑to‑end tender submissions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the complete vendor registration, pre‑qualification and approval cycle with existing and prospective clients.
• Identify, monitor and capture new tenders, RFQs and RFPs through client portals and procurement platforms such as SAP Ariba and Oracle.
• Prepare and compile technical and commercial tender documents, capability statements, project references and formatted CVs.
• Coordinate internal teams to ensure compliant and timely tender submissions.
• Liaise with clients for clarifications, additional requirements and qualification updates.
• Track and report on opportunities, qualification status, active tenders and outcomes on a daily and periodic basis.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with procurement teams, key stakeholders and decision‑makers.
• Support Business Development leadership in converting qualified accounts into sustainable business opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in tender management, vendor registration or pre‑qualification, preferably within Facility Services, Industrial or Corporate sectors.
• Proven track record of successfully completing client qualification and vendor approval processes.
• Strong knowledge of corporate procurement procedures and electronic tendering platforms.
• Experience working with major corporations, industrial organisations and key accounts.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
