Tendering Manager

About the role

The Tendering Manager is responsible for costing and planning upgrades across the Middle East for GE Vernova’s Gas Power field services. The role ensures excellence in safety, quality, delivery, cost (SQDC), productivity, and customer satisfaction while supporting the overall operating plan.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with PES and GE Vernova Commercial & Sales teams to develop tailored upgrade plans and cost estimates.
• Prepare detailed field service project cost estimates, schedules, man‑loading, and outage impact analyses.
• Generate competitive outage offers and follow opportunities through the full project lifecycle.
• Monitor project costs, perform as‑sold vs. as‑executed analysis, and track performance against SQDC and KPI targets.
• Facilitate communication among event management, ITO, parts, repairs, sourcing, engineering, and PES to ensure execution excellence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience with demonstrated success.
• 5+ years of GE Gas Turbine and Generator Field Services maintenance experience.
• Proficiency in English.
