Tendering Specialist – Medical Equipment & Consumables

About the role

We are looking for a Tendering Specialist to lead the end‑to‑end tender process for medical equipment and consumables in the Riyadh region. The role is full‑time, on‑site and will work closely with procurement, sales and technical teams to secure new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate relevant tender opportunities in Saudi and GCC markets.
• Review tender documents, extract specifications and coordinate internal inputs (technical, financial, legal).
• Prepare and submit competitive proposals, ensuring full compliance with tender requirements.
• Maintain accurate tender records, monitor timelines and follow up on bid status.
• Liaise with suppliers and partners to obtain pricing, terms and supporting documentation.
• Support negotiation, contract finalisation and post‑award activities together with procurement and sales teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of tendering processes and documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Healthcare Management or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience managing the full tender lifecycle in the healthcare or medical devices sector.
• Strong analytical ability to assess specifications, pricing structures and risks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for internal coordination and client interaction.
• Detail‑oriented with high organisational and time‑management capabilities.
