Territory Sales Manager – Jeddah

About the role

The Territory Sales Manager will lead the growth of our last‑mile delivery business across an assigned region in Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for acquiring new customers, nurturing relationships, and delivering revenue targets while ensuring high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Own the commercial performance of the assigned territory, including customer portfolio and growth.
• Develop and execute a sales plan covering prospecting, acquisition, retention, upselling and cross‑selling.
• Identify, qualify and convert opportunities across e‑commerce, retail, SMEs and corporate segments.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to onboarding and account development.
• Achieve or exceed revenue, volume and other commercial targets.
• Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasts and timely reporting.
• Protect existing revenue through proactive customer engagement and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with Operations, Customer Service, Finance and other functions to ensure smooth implementation.
• Monitor competitor activity, market trends and provide intelligence to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in a similar industry.
• Track record of increasing sales and revenue, preferably with e‑commerce clients.
• Ability to develop sales strategies and work with performance KPIs.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and negotiation skills.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and resilient.
