Tonic Bartender

About the role

Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh is hiring a Tonic Bartender for its Tonic outlet within the Food & Beverage department. The role focuses on preparing and serving high-quality non-alcoholic beverages while providing exceptional customer service and memorable guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare signature mocktails, specialty tonics, fresh juices, smoothies and other creative refreshments according to established recipes and presentation standards.
• Ensure consistent beverage quality and maintain a clean, organized workstation.
• Monitor inventory and adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.
• Deliver personalized service and contribute to the success of the Tonic outlet.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a bartender specializing in non-alcoholic beverages, barista or in a similar F&B role is an advantage.
• Knowledge of non-alcoholic beverages such as mocktails, fresh juices, specialty tonics and smoothies.
• Familiarity with beverage presentation, garnishing, flavor combinations and ingredient pairing.
• Strong customer service and communication skills, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail.
• Basic math skills for portion control and inventory management.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation and hygiene practices.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
