Total Rewards & Talent Management Assistant Manager

About the role

The Total Rewards & Talent Management Assistant Manager supports the People and Culture function by coordinating compensation, learning, talent and performance initiatives. The role ensures data accuracy, compliance and alignment with organizational priorities while fostering employee engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in designing and administering compensation structures and benefits programs.
• Conduct salary benchmarking and gather market intelligence.
• Coordinate learning initiatives, maintain training calendars, manage enrollments and collect feedback.
• Maintain employee training records to ensure compliance with development objectives.
• Support talent management processes, including talent reviews, succession planning and tracking high‑potential employees.
• Administer performance management tools and guide managers and employees on goal setting and reviews.
• Implement and maintain data related to total rewards, learning, talent management and performance in HR systems.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations across compensation, benefits and performance processes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on special projects within the Center of Excellence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 4‑6 years of experience in HR or a related discipline, preferably at an Assistant Manager level.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on problem solving and continuous improvement.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across functions.
• Effective communication skills and a results‑oriented attitude.
