Trade Marketing Manager – FMCG (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

We are seeking a Trade Marketing Manager to act as the bridge between Marketing and Sales for a leading FMCG client in Saudi Arabia. The role will drive product visibility, distribution and sales performance across Modern Trade, Traditional Trade and E‑Commerce channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute channel strategies for Modern Trade, Traditional Trade and E‑Commerce.
• Define assortment, pricing architecture and promotional mechanics per channel.
• Align trade plans with overall brand and commercial objectives.
• Drive shelf placement, displays, gondolas and POSM execution.
• Implement channel‑specific planograms and monitor brand visibility.
• Plan and execute retailer‑focused promotions, discounts, bundles and incentives.
• Manage trade spend and evaluate promotional ROI.
• Coordinate with Sales teams for effective execution and analyze shopper behavior.
• Translate market insights into improved promotions, shelf strategies and pricing.
• Lead go‑to‑market execution for new product launches, defining launch channels and distribution requirements.
• Build strong relationships with key retailers and distributors, negotiating trade activities and joint business plans.
• Track sales growth, volume, distribution, shelf share and promotion effectiveness, providing actionable insights to management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Trade Marketing, Channel Marketing or FMCG.
• Strong understanding of Modern Trade, Traditional Trade and E‑Commerce.
• Analytical, commercial and negotiation expertise.
• Experience managing promotions, trade spend and retail execution.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Bilingual in English and Arabic.
