Trade Marketing Representative – Riyadh (Saudi Nationals)

About the role

We are looking to hire a Trade Marketing Representative based in Riyadh. The role is responsible for executing the KSA operational plan within assigned territories to deliver trade‑marketing, distribution and brand objectives across trade channels and key accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate the assigned territory continuously to maximise business opportunities.
• Implement all cycle‑plan activities and keep trade‑marketing information and reports up‑to‑date, including area summary files, TMU reconciliation and competitor reports.
• Maintain accurate outlet information and report on‑job activities, ensuring data quality and timely submission.
• Build strong relationships with trade partners to gain support, maximise volume and in‑store presence within budget.
• Execute trade incentive schemes, maximise in‑store visibility for Al Fakher brands and work closely with distributor sales forces to improve distribution and reduce out‑of‑stock situations.
• Ensure compliance with planograms, maintain store furniture, and safeguard trade‑marketing resources and stock floats.

Required profile

• Saudi nationals only; bilingual (English and another language) preferred.
• Graduates with 0‑2 years experience as a merchandiser or trade‑marketing representative in FMCG.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing abilities, good verbal and written communication.
• Well‑organised, good time‑management, able to work unsupervised.
• Valid driver’s licence and ability to drive.
