Trade Processing Specialist – DCC Operations

About the role

The DCC Operations team is looking for a Trade Processing Specialist to support custody trade operations across multiple instrument types. You will ensure accurate settlement and regulatory reporting while maintaining high service standards for internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Provide processing support for equity, G‑sec and corporate bond trades, handling settlement and regulatory reporting.
• Execute error‑free operations and promptly escalate exceptions across pre‑trade, trade capture, affirmation, brokerage and settlement stages.
• Apply knowledge of SWIFT messaging to facilitate trade communications.
• Supervise day‑to‑day business deliverables and respond to client enquiries in a timely manner.
• Adhere to firm policies, Standard Operating Procedures and compliance requirements.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external market participants.
• Understand system functionality and, where possible, perform User Acceptance Testing.

Required profile

• Fluent in written and spoken English (Arabic preferred).
• Strong focus on business process improvement and ability to meet critical deadlines.
• Demonstrated ownership, accountability and high integrity.
• Results‑driven with a proven track record.
• Degree or equivalent preferred; qualified CMA certification essential.
• 1‑2 years of trade settlement custody operations experience in KSA.
• Operating knowledge of KSA Tadawul systems.
• Proficiency in MS‑Office, especially MS‑Excel.
