Trainee – Event Management (Tamheer/Coop)

About the role

The Health Lounges Engagement Manager trainee will support the growth of Bupa Arabia’s health lounge offerings. Working within the Tamheer/Coop programme, you will assist in promoting services, engaging members and ensuring smooth on‑site operations.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal departments to develop and execute member road‑maps aligned with business objectives.
• Segment members and tailor programmes to improve lounge effectiveness.
• Proactively reach out to prospective and former members, design re‑engagement strategies and capture feedback.
• Manage the enrollment process for new members, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Plan and execute on‑ground promotional activities and create compelling communication materials.
• Support a project‑management framework, coordinate cross‑functional teams, monitor timelines and budgets, and report progress.

Required profile

• Enrolled in or recently completed a Tamheer/Coop programme or equivalent internship.
• Strong leadership and team‑management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Interest in health services, hospitality or event management.
