About the role

Join Abdulaziz Alsuhayman Law Firm as a Trainee Lawyer and gain hands‑on experience in Saudi Arabian law. You will work closely with senior attorneys, supporting a variety of legal matters for both public and private sector clients.

Key responsibilities

• Draft legal documents such as contracts and memoranda, ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
• Analyze case files, identify legal issues, and propose appropriate courses of action.
• Assist the legal team in preparing client consultations and dispute‑resolution strategies.
• Support the preparation of court filings, briefs, and pleadings for hearings.
• Conduct in‑depth legal research on statutes, regulations, and jurisprudential developments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law.
• Strong interest in developing legal knowledge and a keen enthusiasm for learning about client businesses.
• Excellent analytical, research, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively within a team.
