Trainee Program – Hands‑on Experience in AlUla Development

About the role

The Royal Commission for AlUla offers a structured training program that gives Saudi university students practical exposure to real‑world projects contributing to the development of AlUla. Participants will work on site in Riyadh or AlUla for a period of three to six months, gaining hands‑on experience while supporting ongoing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Assist project teams in data collection, analysis, and reporting related to AlUla development initiatives.
• Support the preparation of presentations, documentation, and progress updates for internal stakeholders.
• Participate in field visits and site inspections to observe project implementation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to contribute ideas and solutions for project challenges.
• Maintain accurate records of activities and outcomes throughout the training period.

Required profile

• Final‑semester university student enrolled in a Saudi university.
• Minimum GPA of 4.0/5.0 (or 3.0/4.0).
• Strong interest in cultural heritage, tourism, or regional development.
• Effective communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
