English Language Trainer (Adult Learning)

About the role

Peerless Training & Development is looking for experienced English Language Trainers to deliver high‑quality instruction to adult learners across multiple sites in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on supporting language development and maintaining a professional learning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver English language lessons to adult learners following approved curricula and academic standards.
• Prepare lesson plans, instructional materials, and classroom activities aligned with learning objectives.
• Assess learner progress through assignments, examinations, and ongoing evaluations, providing constructive feedback.
• Maintain accurate attendance, assessment, and academic records.
• Foster an engaging, inclusive, and professional classroom atmosphere.
• Participate in academic meetings, training sessions, and quality‑assurance activities.
• Support curriculum implementation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to ensure successful program delivery.
• Submit required reports and documentation in a timely manner.

Required profile

• Minimum three (3) years of English language teaching experience.
• Experience teaching adult learners, preferably in intensive English programs.
• Background in higher education, government, corporate, or professional training environments is a plus.
• Experience in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region or teaching English for Specific Purposes (ESP) is desirable.
• IELTS Academic or General Training score of 6.0 or higher (if available).
