Training Coordinator Junior - OJT Program

About the role

Airbus Helicopters Arabia for Aircraft Maintenance is looking for a Training Coordinator Junior in Khamis Mushait to run its Customer On-Job-Training (OJT) program. The role works closely with the customer to meet their OJT requirements, develops internal documentation aligned with customer training manuals and liaises with the Technical Advisor so that all OJT documentation complies with Airbus Helicopters management systems and policies.

Key responsibilities

• Comply with aviation, safety, quality and export control regulations and procedures, and with Airbus Helicopters management systems, policies and regulations.
• Review customer manuals and identify the key requirements for development.
• Identify training needs by evaluating the strengths and weaknesses of the customer's technicians.
• Develop training assessment documentation in line with customer manuals.
• Build the annual OJT schedule with the Site Manager and Training Supervisor.
• Document customer technicians' progress against OJT and assess and document OJT effectiveness.
• Update the OJT program according to the customer manual.
• Develop KPIs on OJT success percentage, number of trainees trained and customer feedback.
• Prepare and present reports to the Program Manager, Operations Support Manager and Head of Operations.
• Conduct site visits at the customer location as required and contribute to continuous improvement of PM training processes.
