Training Coordinator – Saudi National

About the role

The Training Coordinator will lead the design, delivery and evaluation of technical training programs for Hill International’s workforce in Saudi Arabia. Reporting to the line manager, the role ensures that all employees receive the necessary skills to meet quality, safety and performance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assess employee competencies and manage performance appraisals.
• Identify technical training needs and develop integrated training programs.
• Create training materials such as outlines, handouts and exercises.
• Coordinate classroom‑style sessions and workshops with industry experts.
• Schedule and deliver training through e‑learning platforms.
• Provide onboarding training for newly hired staff.
• Measure training effectiveness and evaluate post‑session performance.
• Collect feedback from trainers and trainees and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with external vendors for specialized training.
• Ensure compliance with Hill International’s Quality, Environmental, Safety and Occupational Health policies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from an accredited university.
• Advanced project management certification.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in training, learning and development or related disciplines.
• Strong knowledge of professional management processes and procedures.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
