Transport and Service Supervisor

About the role

The Transport & Service Supervisor ensures efficient vehicle movement and servicing within Al-Futtaim Automotive's yard in Riyadh. The role coordinates dispatch, monitors fleet performance, and maintains high standards of safety and customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Utilise SAP for daily transport planning and maintain system integrity.
• Maximise fleet utilisation, assign vehicles based on priority and service requirements.
• Monitor and control fleet running costs, fuel consumption and develop improvement plans.
• Collaborate with the QA team to reduce accidents and damage, especially heavy‑vehicle road incidents.
• Prepare monthly reports: Trip Allowance, Vehicle Offload, Overtime, Car Carrier, Payroll and Petty Cash.
• Conduct regular toolbox training for HV drivers to uphold vehicle handling standards.
• Submit accurate billing statements to the Transport Manager each month.
• Track customer lead times and KPIs, ensuring service level agreements are met or exceeded.
