Transportation Supervisor

About the role

The Transportation Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all transportation operations within residential compounds, ensuring safe, efficient, and high‑quality services for residents, visitors, and employees. The role includes supervising drivers, managing vehicle utilization, coordinating schedules, and guaranteeing compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily transportation activities across assigned compounds and ensure services are delivered on time.
• Plan and coordinate transportation schedules to meet operational requirements.
• Manage driver attendance, performance, and adherence to company policies, providing coaching and support.
• Monitor vehicle availability, coordinate maintenance, and ensure all registrations, insurance, and documentation are up to date.
• Address transportation‑related inquiries, requests, and complaints, maintaining high resident satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with traffic regulations, safety procedures, and investigate incidents.
• Prepare transportation reports, monitor expenses, fuel consumption, and maintain accurate records.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Transportation Management, or a related field.
• 4 to 8 years of experience in transportation operations, fleet supervision, or logistics, with prior supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Good command of English; Arabic is preferred.
