Travel Consultant – Reservation & Ticketing Officer

About the role

We are seeking a professional Travel Agent / Reservation & Ticketing Officer to manage travel bookings, airline ticketing, cruise reservations, and customer travel arrangements. The ideal candidate should have experience using travel reservation systems (GDS), excellent customer service skills, and strong English communication abilities.

Key responsibilities

• Handle domestic and international flight reservations and ticket issuance.
• Manage cruise bookings, amendments, cancellations, and itinerary changes.
• Advise customers on travel options, schedules, fares, visa requirements, and travel regulations.
• Process ticket reissues, refunds, exchanges, and fare calculations using GDS platforms.
• Coordinate with airlines, cruise operators, hotels, and travel suppliers.
• Prepare travel itineraries and provide clients with required documentation.
• Maintain accurate booking records and generate reservation reports.
• Support corporate and group travel bookings as needed.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2‑5 years of experience in travel agencies, airlines, tourism companies, or cruise reservations.
• Experience in airline ticketing and travel reservations.
• Knowledge of international travel procedures and fare rules.

Required skills

• Proficiency with GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre.
• Microsoft Excel.
• Microsoft Word.
• Microsoft Outlook.
