Travel / Ticketing Consultant

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Travel / Ticketing Consultant to join our growing travel services operation in Saudi Arabia. The role involves managing flight reservations, ticketing, re‑issuance, refunds and itinerary changes while delivering accurate and timely service to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Handle domestic and international flight reservations and ticketing.
• Recommend suitable routes, fares, schedules and travel options based on customer requirements.
• Process ticket issuance, re‑issuance, cancellations, refunds and itinerary changes.
• Work efficiently with GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Sabre or Galileo/Travelport.
• Apply airline fare rules and ticketing procedures accurately.
• Coordinate with airlines and travel suppliers to resolve booking and ticketing issues.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in travel reservations and airline ticketing.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business or a related field (preferred).
• Experience in a travel agency, TMC, airline or corporate travel environment.
