Travel & Tourism Specialist

About the role

The Travel & Tourism Specialist provides professional travel services to retail customers, handling end‑to‑end bookings and driving sales while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The role focuses on ticketing, leisure packages, holiday offers and retail sales in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and propose travel solutions that match requirements and budget.
• Book and issue domestic and international flight tickets using GDS platforms.
• Manage hotel reservations, holiday packages, transfers, car rentals, travel insurance and related services.
• Prepare and sell customized leisure and holiday packages.
• Process ticket changes, cancellations, refunds and reissues according to airline policies.
• Promote Fursan Travel products, packages and special offers to achieve sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer and booking records and follow up before and after travel.
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, suppliers and internal departments as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in travel agency operations, with strong air‑ticketing and leisure travel background.
• Proven sales and customer‑service abilities, able to meet monthly revenue targets.
• Good communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle high‑volume inquiries.
• Previous experience in the Saudi travel market is preferred.
