About the role

This two‑week Workplace Observation Program is designed for recent Saudi high school graduates and current students who want to explore the retail sector. Participants will spend time in a real retail environment, observing daily operations, learning about various career paths, and gaining insight to help decide on future studies or majors.

Key responsibilities

• Observe and shadow retail staff across different departments.
• Learn about store layout, inventory management, and customer service processes.
• Attend briefings on career opportunities within the retail industry.

Required profile

• Saudi national who has recently graduated from high school or is currently a student.
• Demonstrates a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Available to attend the full two‑week program.
• Successfully passes the initial screening process.
