UI/UX Designer – Digital Products

About the role

We are seeking a creative and detail‑oriented UI/UX Designer to shape engaging, accessible digital experiences for SPL’s web and mobile platforms. The role focuses on bilingual Arabic/English design systems and delivering developer‑ready assets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct UX research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Design responsive interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create and maintain bilingual RTL/LTR design systems.
• Produce high‑fidelity prototypes using Figma.
• Collaborate closely with frontend and mobile developers to ensure seamless handoffs.
• Ensure compliance with WCAG accessibility standards and maintain design consistency.
• Document design specifications, user flows, and guidelines.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of professional UI/UX design experience.
• Proven ability to work on bilingual Arabic/English projects.
• Strong eye for detail and a passion for user‑centered design.

Required skills

• Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator.
• UX research and wireframing.
• RTL/LTR bilingual design.
• Mobile and web UI design.
• WCAG accessibility standards.
• Knowledge of Lottie animations, HTML/CSS, Umbraco, and Angular Material (nice to have).
