Product Designer (Mid to Senior)

About the role

You’re a Mid to Senior product designer who is passionate about creating exceptional digital experiences, particularly within financial services and regulated environments. You bring a strong understanding of mobile‑first UX, an appreciation for the complexities of digital banking, and the ability to turn regulatory constraints into clear, human‑centered experiences.

Required profile

• 4+ years of UX/UI or Product Design experience, preferably in banking, fintech, or financial services.
• Strong mobile product design experience with a portfolio demonstrating customer and business impact.
• Hands‑on experience using Claude Code to prototype, build, test, and iterate digital products.
• Experience with Jira and Agile methodologies such as Scrum, SAFe, or Kanban.
• Strong knowledge of iOS/Android UX patterns, responsive design, accessibility, and interaction design.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing within regulated environments.
• Proficiency in high‑fidelity UI, interactive prototyping, design systems, and design specifications.
• Working knowledge of front‑end technologies and how technical constraints influence design.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, able to defend design decisions with research and data.
• Arabic proficiency (spoken and written) is strongly preferred.
