Unified Communications Engineer (Avaya/Cisco)

About the role

Avensys Consulting is seeking a skilled Unified Communications Engineer to join its Riyadh office. The role focuses on implementing and supporting Avaya Aura and Cisco unified communications solutions, including session border controllers and, where applicable, contact‑center technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to resolve complex technical issues.
• Apply change requests and manage implementation phases of projects.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed solutions.

Required profile

• Experience with unified communication and call‑center systems.
• Strong knowledge of VoIP protocols such as SIP and H.323, as well as DHCP, DNS, LAN and WAN technologies.
• Technical certifications from Avaya, Cisco or Genesys.
• Familiarity with virtualization platforms and cloud environments is a plus.
