Urban Planner

About the role

Prepare and develop urban planning studies and master plans, analyze spatial and land‑use data, and propose sustainable planning solutions that comply with Saudi regulations. The role supports high‑quality consulting services and aims to achieve client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare urban and regional planning studies and master plans.
• Analyze land‑use and urban data to recommend appropriate planning solutions.
• Develop detailed plans in compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
• Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure integrated deliverables.
• Review planning outputs for quality, accuracy, and regulatory compliance before submission.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Urban, Town or Regional Planning (Master’s preferred).
• Saudi national with at least 10 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of urban planning principles and Saudi planning regulations.
• Effective communication and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with planning and GIS software.
• Spatial and statistical data analysis.
• Technical report writing and study preparation.
