Vendor Management Specialist Professional

About the role

The Vendor Management Specialist Professional will support Mobily’s Technology Operations by ensuring that vendor activities align with corporate priorities and operational goals. This role focuses on monitoring vendor performance, enforcing service agreements, and driving continuous improvement across all technology services.

Key responsibilities

• Align vendor management activities with Managed Services and Vendor Management priorities.
• Monitor and assess vendor performance and service quality using corporate processes and guidelines.
• Implement and enforce vendor management frameworks, policies, and procedures specific to Mobily and Technology Operations.
• Track, monitor, and report vendor performance to line management, providing documentation and feedback.
• Develop centralized practices to supervise vendor services across Technology Operations departments.
• Leverage company‑wide vendor management strategy to ensure proper governance and control.
• Coordinate utilization of contracted and value‑added vendor services with functional owners.
• Manage KPI and SLA tracking for vendors and report issues with recommended resolutions.
• Maintain a repository of vendor performance data and produce regular reports.
• Prepare materials for periodic management meetings with major vendors.
• Handle requests for new services, credits, and penalties in collaboration with support teams.
• Maintain senior‑level vendor relationships and oversee scope transitions.
• Act as escalation point for vendor disputes and ensure timely resolution.
• Provide technical advice on vendor management processes, policies, tools, and systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecom Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
