Vice President – Corporate Relationship Management

About the role

The Vice President – Corporate Relationship Management will lead a portfolio of senior and large corporate clients, driving revenue, profit and volume targets for QNB in the assigned market. This senior banking role focuses on expanding and deepening relationships, delivering the full suite of QNB products and services to corporate customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day relationships with existing and prospective senior corporate customers.
• Achieve assigned financial targets, including volume, revenue and profit, in line with QNB’s corporate strategy.
• Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the Corporate Banking unit.
• Promote cost‑consciousness, efficiency and productivity across the portfolio.
• Ensure compliance with QNB credit policies, procedures and standards.
• Delegate authority to staff and oversee their execution of delegated tasks.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in corporate banking or relationship management at a senior level.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding financial targets.
• Strong understanding of credit policies, risk management and banking products.
• Ability to develop strategic business ideas that boost revenue.
• Leadership skills to guide and monitor a team of relationship managers.
