Vice President Human Resources

About the role

The Vice President of Human Resources will steer the Group’s human capital strategy, ensuring alignment with business growth, cultural transformation and digital HR initiatives across all entities in Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute Group‑wide human capital strategies that support business objectives and expansion plans.
• Lead organizational development, operating model redesign, and workforce planning activities.
• Drive Saudization and workforce localization programs throughout the Group.
• Oversee executive recruitment, succession planning, talent management and leadership development.
• Manage performance management systems, compensation & benefits, employee engagement and culture initiatives.
• Ensure robust HC governance, policy compliance and operational excellence across all subsidiaries.
• Champion digital HR transformation, including HR systems enhancement, workforce analytics and reporting.
• Partner with senior leadership to support organizational growth, transformation and overall business performance.

Required profile

• 20+ years of progressive human capital experience, with at least 12 years in senior leadership or executive HR roles.
• Proven track record in large groups, holding companies or mega‑project environments, preferably in construction, infrastructure, industrial or diversified sectors.
• Extensive experience in organizational development, workforce planning, talent acquisition, rewards and HC governance.
• Mandatory experience working in the GCC, specifically Saudi Arabia.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field; MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
• Professional HR certifications such as CIPD, SHRM‑SCP or SPHRi are advantageous.
