Vice President, Private Equity

About the role

Hays is partnering with a PIF Fund to recruit a high‑calibre Vice President for its Investment team. The VP will work closely with the Managing Director, handling deal sourcing, execution, and portfolio management activities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead deal sourcing, due diligence, structuring, negotiation, and transaction execution.
• Independently assess opportunities, build investment cases, and present to the Investment Committee.
• Collaborate with Legal, Risk, and Finance teams and manage external advisors during due diligence.
• Support portfolio companies, attend senior meetings, and track performance against return targets.
• Mentor associates, conduct industry research, and refine investment strategy.
• Build relationships to source new investments and foster a collaborative team environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field; MBA or CFA highly desirable.
• 10+ years of Private Equity or Investment Banking experience at a top‑tier firm.
• Advanced expertise in financial modeling and valuation methods.
• Proven ability to develop compelling investment theses and execute value‑creation strategies.
• Saudi national required.
