Virtual Customer Service Representative

About the role

Join our global support team as a Virtual Customer Service Representative, working fully remotely to deliver high‑quality assistance across phone, email and live‑chat channels. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring every interaction reflects professionalism and care while helping the company maintain its reputation for excellent service.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and live chat, providing accurate information on products, services and policies.
• Resolve basic technical or service‑related issues, guiding customers through clear, supportive solutions.
• Handle complaints with patience, escalating complex cases to the appropriate teams when needed.
• Process orders, returns, exchanges and service requests efficiently, maintaining up‑to‑date records in CRM systems.
• Follow up on open cases to ensure timely resolution and keep documentation complete.
• Meet quality standards and productivity targets, participating in training and team meetings.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Previous customer service or call‑center experience preferred.
• Excellent listening, interpersonal abilities and calmness under pressure.
• Self‑motivated, reliable and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Adaptable to changing processes and priorities; additional languages are a plus.
