About the role
We are seeking a Virtual Executive Assistant to provide high‑level administrative support to our executive team. Working remotely, you will help streamline schedules, manage communications, and ensure daily operations run smoothly, directly contributing to leadership effectiveness.
Key responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, appointments, and set reminders.
- Handle incoming emails and communications, prioritize and respond as appropriate.
- Track tasks, deadlines, and follow up on action items from meetings.
- Coordinate meeting logistics, prepare agendas, take notes, and distribute summaries.
- Arrange travel plans, accommodations, and itineraries when required.
- Prepare, format, and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain organized digital files and ensure accurate documentation.
Required profile
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Previous experience in administrative, executive assistant, or coordination roles preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
- High level of discretion and professionalism handling sensitive information.
- Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a remote environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency with digital tools, calendars, and collaboration platforms.
