About the role
As a Waiter at Le Café LPM you are the face of the restaurant, guiding guests from the first greeting to the final farewell. You will manage your tables, take orders, and ensure every visit feels warm, professional and uniquely memorable.
Key responsibilities
- Take guest orders accurately and serve food and beverages with precision.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu, ingredients, preparation methods and pairings to recommend and upsell confidently.
- Read the table’s mood, adapt service pace, and record guest preferences for future visits.
- Communicate clearly with the kitchen, handle minor issues independently and escalate larger concerns to the floor manager.
- Support other departments when needed, reflecting the team‑first culture of the café.
- Ensure tables are set and cleared efficiently, maintaining a clean dining environment.
Required profile
- Proactive, attentive and charming personality with genuine warmth.
- Strong energy and customer‑focused attitude; prior experience not required.
- Fluent in English; French or another European language is a plus.
