Join the vibrant team at SLS The Red Sea, a luxury resort on Saudi Arabia’s Red Sea coast. As a Waiter/Waitress (Saudi National), you will deliver memorable dining experiences that reflect the brand’s bold and elevated spirit.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional food and beverage service in line with SLS standards and guest expectations.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of menus, ingredients, allergens, and preparation methods to guide guests.
• Accurately process orders and payments using the POS system, ensuring efficient and error‑free service.
• Keep the dining area clean, organized, and welcoming, preparing service stations and equipment for operation.
• Monitor food and beverage quality, reporting any concerns promptly to supervisors or kitchen staff.
• Apply upselling techniques to enhance guest experience and maximize revenue.
• Support inventory control, equipment maintenance, and proper storage of supplies.
• Collaborate with kitchen, bar, and the wider F&B team to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Adhere to health, safety, hygiene, and food‑handling standards while contributing to a positive team environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a waiter/server, preferably in a luxury hotel or upscale hospitality setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality qualification or F&B training is a plus.
• Professional, friendly, and guest‑focused demeanor with strong communication skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Physically capable of standing for long periods and carrying trays or service equipment.
