Waiter/Waitress – Saudi National Only

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Waiter/Waitress to join the restaurant team at Park Hyatt Jeddah. The role is open to Saudi nationals only and involves delivering a high‑standard, personalized dining experience to hotel guests.

Key responsibilities

• Provide courteous, efficient service to guests throughout their dining experience.
• Handle cash and credit‑card transactions accurately.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as defined by the outlet.
• Monitor and control operating supplies, reducing waste and spoilage.
• Report guest complaints to supervisors and ensure timely follow‑up.
• Maintain a proper handover of pending items for the next shift.
• Recommend food and beverage pairings, upsell and cross‑sell where appropriate.
• Uphold high standards of personal grooming and hygiene.
• Collaborate with colleagues and other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations.

Required profile

• Saudi national.
• Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel food‑and‑beverage operations.
• Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
