Warehouse & Logistics Management Specialist

About the role

The Warehouse & Logistics Management Specialist will coordinate warehousing and logistics activities across procurement, sales and production teams. The role is responsible for sourcing and managing suppliers, overseeing inbound and outbound processes, and developing SOPs to standardise operations. It also monitors transportation, tracks shipments and resolves issues to ensure timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with procurement, sales, production and customer teams to align logistics and warehousing needs and source suitable suppliers.
• Manage warehousing suppliers and oversee receiving, outbound and in‑warehouse processes from sourcing through execution.
• Develop, improve and enforce SOPs for warehousing and logistics, supervising suppliers to ensure compliance.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, analyse turnover and logistics efficiency indicators and drive optimisation.
• Coordinate transportation with couriers and logistics providers, track deliveries and resolve delays, damage or loss.
• Maintain delivery records, process transporter invoices and manage the transporter base for long‑term reliability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in warehouse and logistics management, preferably in e‑commerce or manufacturing environments.
• Strong analytical ability, attention to detail and the capacity to work under a demanding pace as part of a cross‑functional team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with WMS/ERP systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience in logistics cost accounting and inventory analysis.
