About the role
The Water Sports Supervisor leads daily operations of water sports activities at a luxury marine tourism destination, ensuring safety, service excellence and seamless guest experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise water sports instructors and staff, coordinating schedules, guest allocations and equipment readiness.
- Monitor weather, sea conditions and safety protocols, acting as escalation point for operational issues.
- Maintain accurate activity logs, incident records and report to the Water Sports Manager.
Required profile
- Certified Water Sports Instructor (ISA, RYA or equivalent) with 3–5 years of water sports instruction or marine tourism experience.
- Proven leadership experience supervising teams, strong safety and risk‑management mindset.
- Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
Required skills
- Valid First Aid and CPR certification.
- Knowledge of water safety, rescue techniques and multiple water‑sports disciplines.
