Wellness Attendant – Luxury Resort

About the role

As a Wellness Attendant at Raffles & Fairmont The Red Sea, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, organization and guest service across the resort’s spa, fitness and recreational facilities. You will ensure that treatment rooms, locker areas, lounges and gym spaces are always ready for guests, contributing to a tranquil and luxurious wellness experience.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all wellness areas, including treatment rooms, locker rooms, relaxation lounges and gym facilities.
• Replenish towels, linens, amenities and supplies according to brand standards.
• Support setup and reset of treatment rooms before and after guest use, and report any maintenance issues promptly.
• Welcome guests, provide orientation to facilities, and respond promptly to requests, ensuring a calm and relaxing environment.
• Assist spa therapists, wellness instructors and supervisors with daily operations and preparation for treatments and activities.
• Communicate guest preferences and concerns to relevant teams, coordinate with Spa Reception and other departments, and report safety hazards or lost‑and‑found items.
• Promote spa services through positive guest engagement and help control supplies to support cost efficiency.
• Adhere to grooming, hygiene, health, safety and sanitation standards at all times.
