Wellness Coach – Holistic Programs at Luxury Resort

About the role

As a Wellness Coach at Nammos Resort AMAALA you will design and deliver holistic wellness experiences for an international clientele. You will guide guests through yoga, Pilates, breathwork and immersive practices that promote balance, vitality and mindful living.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily Yoga, Pilates and other holistic movement sessions.
• Design and facilitate wellness programs and retreats.
• Guide guests through breathwork, mindfulness and somatic movement practices.
• Deliver immersive experiences such as sound healing, ecstatic dance and meditation.
• Collaborate with the spa and wellness team to develop innovative offerings.
• Ensure exceptional guest engagement and personalize each wellness journey.

Required profile

• RYT‑certified Yoga Teacher training.
• Certified Pilates instructor, including Reformer Pilates.
• Strong experience in group facilitation and wellness coaching.
• Proven track record planning and leading retreats or immersive programs.
• Warm, inspiring presence with excellent communication skills.
• Experience in luxury hospitality or high‑end wellness environments is a plus.
