Wellness Manager - Ultra-Luxury Resort

About the role

Raffles & Fairmont The Red Sea, part of the Red Sea Project in Saudi Arabia, is hiring a Wellness Manager for its spa, fitness center and recreation areas. The role oversees daily operations, guest experience, team leadership and commercial performance of the wellness facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the spa, fitness center and recreation areas, run regular inspections and ensure treatments follow approved protocols.
• Monitor usage, maintenance and inventory of spa products, equipment and retail items.
• Deliver personalized wellness experiences, respond to guest feedback and coordinate bespoke arrangements such as VIP and private sessions.
• Lead, train and mentor the spa, fitness and recreation team, including recruitment, onboarding and scheduling.
• Work with Front Office, Guest Relations, Housekeeping, Engineering and F&B to integrate wellness offerings and report maintenance and safety issues.
• Drive revenue from treatments, retail, memberships and programs, monitor key performance indicators and support budgeting and cost control.
• Enforce grooming, hygiene and safety standards, comply with hotel policies and Saudi regulations, and protect guest data.

Required profile

• Minimum 4-6 years of experience in spa and wellness operations in an ultra-luxury or five-star hotel.
• Previous supervisory or managerial experience in spa, recreation or wellness operations.
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Wellness or Spa Management is an advantage; pre-opening experience is highly desirable.
• Ability to work in a remote destination environment, with impeccable grooming and presentation.

Required skills

• Familiarity with spa systems, booking platforms and property management systems is an advantage.
• Leadership, commercial awareness, communication and stakeholder coordination.
