Woodworking Machinery Maintenance Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Woodworking Machinery Maintenance Specialist to join our factory in Riyadh. The role involves diagnosing faults, performing repairs and preventive maintenance on a wide range of woodworking equipment, ensuring safe and reliable operation while minimizing production downtime.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose and repair mechanical faults on wood moulders, planers, saws, presses, CNC machines and related equipment.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance according to manufacturers’ guidelines and plant schedules.
• Check and adjust bearings, shafts, belts, chains, gears, couplings, feed and lubrication systems.
• Verify machine alignment, calibration and cutting/pressing accuracy after maintenance.
• Troubleshoot electrical and control issues, including motors, sensors, switches, contactors, VFDs and CNC alarms.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical diagrams, pneumatic and hydraulic schematics.
• Maintain pneumatic and hydraulic circuits, compressors and dust‑extraction systems.
• Coordinate with equipment manufacturers or authorized service providers for specialist diagnostics or major repairs.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience maintaining woodworking machinery, with at least 3 years in Saudi Arabia.
• Currently residing in Saudi Arabia and able to join immediately.
• Proven ability to work independently on complex equipment and reduce downtime.
