Workforce Management Assistant Manager

About the role

Delivery Hero’s HungerStation platform is looking for an Assistant Manager to lead third‑party picker workforce operations in Riyadh. You will ensure the right partners are sourced, onboarded, and ready to meet store coverage and shift requirements while maintaining high standards of attendance and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Source, interview, and onboard third‑party picker partners, coordinating logistics such as transportation, housing proximity, and shift scheduling.
• Monitor in‑store picker performance, track attendance, hygiene, and productivity, and coordinate training or replacements when standards are not met.
• Analyse workforce metrics (utilisation, adherence, attendance) to identify gaps and implement staffing improvements.
• Manage vendor contracts, evaluate operational readiness, and collaborate with Finance, Legal, Procurement, and Operations to ensure compliance.
• Escalate partner performance issues, apply contractual penalties, and recommend suspension or termination when necessary.
• Set performance objectives for direct reports, provide feedback, and support talent recruitment for the function.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience in Workforce Management, Operations Planning, or Capacity Planning.
• Background in contact‑center, logistics, or operations‑heavy environments.
• Proven experience with forecasting, scheduling, and performance reporting.
• Ability to manage cross‑functional stakeholders (Operations, HR, Finance, Procurement).
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or a related field.
