负责付费券包的建设与迭代，统筹补贴、产品、商家等策略，推动工具本地化并提升用户增长。

主要职责

设计并执行付费券包的实验方案和经营策略。
与产品、研发、设计、商分、市场等团队协作，推动工具迭代和本地化包装。
通过用户研究和行业分析，持续探索增长工具。
运用 AI 工具（ChatGPT、Copilot）提升日常工作效率，探索 AI 最佳实践。

任职要求

5 年以上互联网产品运营或用户运营经验。
熟悉用户运营、产品设计方法论，具备同理心和用户视角。
数据驱动，熟练使用 SQL 与分析方法，能够闭环策略、实验、复盘与迭代。
开放心态，协作能力强，适应多元文化工作环境。

必备技能

SQL 数据查询与分析。
AI 辅助工具使用，如 ChatGPT、Copilot。
