3D Graphic Designer – Event Management

About the role

We are looking for a creative 3D Graphic Designer to join our event management team. You will transform client ideas into realistic 3D visualisations for exhibitions, conferences, product launches and entertainment experiences, ensuring designs are practical and production‑ready.

Key responsibilities

• Develop innovative 3D concepts for booths, stages, venues and experiential activations.
• Produce high‑quality renderings, walkthroughs and visual presentations for client proposals.
• Design event layouts, stage sets, kiosks, displays and branding elements.
• Prepare detailed production drawings and technical specifications for fabrication teams.
• Collaborate with project managers, account managers, production teams and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Adjust designs based on client feedback while maintaining timelines.
• Coordinate with lighting, audiovisual and production teams to ensure design feasibility.
• Support onsite installation to verify that the executed design matches the approved concept.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Interior Design, Architecture, Industrial Design or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in event management, exhibitions or experiential marketing.
• Strong portfolio showcasing event, exhibition and stage design projects.
• Experience working in Saudi Arabia or the GCC is preferred.
• Knowledge of exhibition fabrication processes and production materials.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
