3D Printing & Additive Manufacturing Instructor – Energy Sector

About the role

The Instructor – 3D Printing & Additive Manufacturing will lead on‑site training programs in Riyadh, focusing on the use of additive manufacturing technologies within the energy sector. You will design course content, prepare instructional materials, and deliver both theoretical and hands‑on sessions to professionals and learners.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop curriculum, lesson plans, and practical exercises for 3D printing and additive manufacturing courses.
• Deliver classroom instruction and live demonstrations of 3D printing workflows, material selection, and technology choices.
• Assess participant progress, provide technical support during labs, and give constructive feedback.
• Update training modules to incorporate emerging technologies, standards, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with RMG’s training and technical teams to ensure alignment with client requirements and continuous improvement of course offerings.

Required profile

• Solid knowledge of 3D printing technologies and additive manufacturing processes applied to industrial and energy operations.
• Experience in engineering, manufacturing, or energy industry environments.
• Strong instructional design abilities, curriculum development, and hands‑on workshop facilitation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Manufacturing, Materials Science, Industrial Design, or a related field.
