A320 Captain (Airline)

About the role

flyadeal is seeking an experienced A320 Captain to lead flight operations across its expanding network in Saudi Arabia. You will command the aircraft, ensure the highest safety standards, and represent the airline as a professional ambassador.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the A320 safely and efficiently in compliance with GACA regulations and company policies.
• Exercise command authority for all flight‑deck and cabin‑crew activities.
• Maintain exemplary airmanship, discipline, and decision‑making throughout each flight.
• Monitor weather, operational conditions, and aircraft performance to make sound operational decisions.
• Promote a strong safety culture and report hazards, incidents, or irregularities as required.
• Represent flyadeal with professionalism both on duty and during layovers.

Required profile

• Minimum 4,000 total flying hours on A320 or turbo‑jet aircraft above 30 tons.
• At least 2,000 hours as Pilot‑in‑Command on A320 or similar type.
• Valid ICAO ATPL (GACA licence preferred or convertible).
• Current A320 Type Rating.
• Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate (GACA/EASA/FAA equivalent).
• English Language Proficiency Level 4.
• No history of accidents or serious incidents and a clear criminal record.
