Senior Logistics Specialist

About the role

Bechtel Global Logistics is looking for a Senior Logistics Specialist to join the Ar Rjum gold project team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves providing technical, estimating, operational and commercial logistics support for a complex, moderate‑to‑large sized mining project.

Key responsibilities

• Lead logistics activities with minimal supervision of junior staff.
• Prepare bid proposals, request for quotations (RFQs), freight estimates and budgets.
• Develop and maintain Project Logistics Execution Plans, including module transportation studies and multimodal logistics strategies.
• Create and evaluate Logistics Service Provider (LSP) commercial packages, technical analyses, and contract documents.
• Support the execution of logistics operations for open‑pit mining, processing plant, tailings management, and associated infrastructure.

Required profile

• Proven experience in logistics, estimating, or commercial roles on large‑scale projects.
• Ability to work independently in a field office environment.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
